  • The distance between the router and Extender should be as close as possible
  • Switch on the Extender by plugin the main cable of Extender to an electrical outlet
  • Press the power button of the extender if necessary. The Led light will turn on for starting the process but after one minute light gets turned off 
  •  The extender is ready to make a connection with wifi router, Now press the WPS Button of the Extender that is located at the backside of the router 
  • After Pressing the WPS button for Extender link rate LED’s and device to extender LED’s will blink green for two minutes  
  • After two minutes press the WPS Button of the router also and within a few seconds, the Netgear Extender will connect to an existing wifi network
  • To Check good connectivity in between an extender and wifi router the frequency at 2.4 GHz link rate LED’s will indicate a green light. If it doesn’t indicate a green light then repeat the above steps again.
